Our plated menus are offered for groups starting at 20 guests or more. Each tier includes 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu to be served during a cocktail hour before sitting for dinner.

We offer our plated options in three tiers.

TIER I

2 Courses and choice of 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu. 

First Course

Mixed Green Salad
Cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, julienne carrots & balsamic vinaigrette.

Second Course | Choice Of

Oven Roasted Airline Chicken
Yukon gold mashed potatoes, maple glazed root vegetables & apple cider lacquer.

Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon

Yukon gold mashed potatoes, maple glazed root vegetables & peptita pesto.

TIER II

2 Courses and choice of 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu.

First Course | Choose one option

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Toasted pepitas & chili oil

Pumpkin Salad
Arugula, goat cheese, spiced pepitas, Hubbard squash & walnut vinaigrette.


Second Course | Choice Of

Steak Au Poivre
Grilled NY Strip, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, wilted baby kale & green peppercorn brandy sauce.

Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon
Flash fried Brussels sprouts, mustard aioli, crispy smashed red potatoes &
pepita pesto.

Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Creamed leeks, maple roasted root vegetables, Fontina cheese & herb stuffing, apple cider lacquer.

TIER III "The Duo"

 2 Courses and choice of 2 selections from  our "Just Apps" menu.

First Course | Choose one option

Second Course

Duet of Petit Filet & Chesapeake Jumbo  Lump  Crab Cake

Bernaise sauce, grilled asparagus &  roasted  garlic Yukon gold mashed potatoes.

Dessert

We're currently offering Chef's selection of seasonal sweet bites, dessert bars and/or cup cakes complete with coffee & tea service. Our Chef's selection dessert option is $6/guest and can be served either family style at the table or as a large station. Coffee & tea service includes freshly ground Citavo brand coffee, Twinning's brand tea variety, fresh lemon, honey and all other accouterments.

Guests are permitted to bring desserts prepared elsewhere as well (IE cakes, cup cakes, etc...) however we do charge a "cake cutting" fee. Cake cutting fees are are $1/guest (minimum 20 guests). Temperature appropriate storage will be provided. At your desired time the cake (or other dessert item) will be presented to the guest(s) or honor then cut, plated and served buffet style. Candles, however, are not included.
