Our plated menus are offered for groups starting at 20 guests or more. Each tier includes 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu to be served during a cocktail hour before sitting for dinner.

We offer our plated options in three tiers.

TIER I - $36 Per Guest:

2 Courses and choice of 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu.

 

First Course | Choose one option

Mixed Green Salad
Cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, julienne carrots & balsamic vinaigrette.

Shrimp & Corn Chowder
Applewood smoked bacon, cream & scallion.

Second Course | Choose one option

Oven Roasted Chicken
Marsala cream sauce, roasted garlic Yukon mashed potatoes & sautéed spinach.

Seasonal Fresh Fish
White wine, tarragon & mustard cream sauce, roasted garlic Yukon mashed potatoes & sautéed spinach.

TIER II - $38 Per Guest:

2 Courses and choice of 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu.

 

First Course | Choose one option

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Creme fresh & chive points

Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad
Arugula, spiced almonds & balsamic vinaigrette.

Second Course | Choose one option

Grilled Hanger Steak
Roasted garlic mashed potatoes & creamed spinach. Finished with herb compound butter & crispy onions.

Pan Seared Salmon
Creamed leek & roasted tomato quinoa, white wine & tarragon mustard cream sauce & grilled asparagus with lemon.

TIER III "The Duo" - $40 Per Guest:

2 Courses and choice of 2 selections from our "Just Apps" menu.

 

First Course | Choose one option

Mixed Green Salad
Cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, julienne carrots & balsamic vinaigrette.

New England Clam Chowder
Middleneck clams & bacon.

Second Course

Duet of Petit Filet & Chesapeake Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

Bernaise sauce, grilled asparagus & roasted garlic Yukon gold mashed potatoes.

Dessert

Guests are permitted for bring in a cake from another vendor but we must enforce a $20 cake cutting fee. For that, however, we will recieve the cake, store it, present it, cut the cake & plate the cake to be served to your guests (this is not the case with many other establishments).

We do, however, offer a Dessert Station, complete with coffee & tea service, at the conclusion of your meal for an additional $6/guest. The station consists of a variety of seasonal sweet bites, cup cakes or dessert bars. Citavo brand coffee and Twinnings brand tea products are served as well.
